Interactive seminar providing an update on cases applying and refining what are known as the "Daubert" standards governing the admissibility of evidence proffered as being "scientific" evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence.

1.00 hour = The first hour provides a foundational review of U.S. Supreme Court decisions establishing, and elaborating on, the "Daubert" standards governing admissibility of evidence proffered as scientific evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence.
1.00 hour = The second hour provides a review of selected, recent lower-courts decisions applying their understandings of such standards.
2.00 hours = Total CLE credit.
