Description
Tribunals depend on candor from officers of the court. The avoidance of misrepresentation – whether by omission or outright deceit is addressed in Model Rule 3.3. This seminar focuses on outcomes where attorneys were less than forthcoming with judges, with candor especially important at ex parte hearings. Special attention is also devoted to circumstances where a lawyer’s failure to reveal information may be equated with misrepresentation.
