Materials: The types of ethical problems most often leading to discipline/malpractice are preventable by common-sense methods, yet despite one's best efforts, there are still others that surface no matter what. The materials of this seminar include suggestions for avoiding the avoidable ones and for solving the un-avoided ones. It also includes hypothetical scenarios affording participants interactive opportunities to sharpen their analytical skills.

B. Historical perspective on disciplinary enforcement and ethical problem-solving.
C. Solving or mitigating unforeseen ethical problems arising despite best efforts to prevent them-- Methodologies.
.50 hr. D. Hypothetical scenarios for interactive participation to sharpen ethical problem-solving skills. References to specific Model Rules are illustrative to show their potential applicability or deficiency as tools for solving particular problems.
