Description
This two-hour seminar presents a historical analysis of the leading cases in which the DaVinci Code of Scientific Evidence is hidden. It also includes a series of hypothetical scenarios to invite participants to join in applying the Code to determine the admissibility of various types of expert-opinion evidence as well as evaluating the extent to which particular scientific/expert-opinion issues are suitable for adjudication rather than legislation.
