Content in this seminar focuses on the toll depression takes on lawyers, with emphasis on Alzheimer’s. Cases include lawyers involved in hit and run accidents; what happens when a helping hand is extended from the bench; the impact of alcohol on attorney conduct, and how courts respond to attorney addiction to illegal drugs. A pivotal point examines what should happen to a lawyer who takes sexual advantage of a client with diminished capacity.
